1. Terms & Conditions
By purchasing or accessing any digital products from AG Total Fit (including but not limited
to on-demand workout videos, and guided challenges), you agree
to the following terms and conditions:
- All content is for personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or used for
commercial purposes.
- You acknowledge that fitness and exercise carry inherent risks, and you assume full
responsibility for any and/or prior injuries or damages that may occur as a result of participating in the
workouts provided.
- These products are not a substitute for medical advice. Always consult your physician
before beginning any fitness program, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have any
medical conditions, or take prescription medications.
- AG Total Fit reserves the right to update or change digital offerings at any time.

 

2. Release of Liability
By purchasing or using any AG Total Fit digital fitness products, you acknowledge and agree
to the following:
- You voluntarily participate in physical activity at your own risk.
- You release April Glassell (AG Total Fit), its affiliates, employees, and agents from any
liability related to injury, illness, or damages that may result from participating in or
following any fitness content.
- You confirm that you are physically capable of engaging in the programs and have received
any necessary medical clearance.

 

3. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once
a purchase is completed.
